We have an interdisciplinary team with a range of complementary backgrounds and expertise. Our Directors are recognised experts in their fields.
We bring our methodological expertise to bear on a range of subject areas, including climate change, development early years, mental health, substance misuse, housing, economic development and gender.

Here are some of the things we do to ‘walk the talk’:
- We minimise our environmental footprint by investing in solar (where possible) and using renewable electricity suppliers (where not). We travel by public transport wherever possible, with air travel permitted only for journeys that would take 12 hours by car/train.
- We donate 0.5% of our annual turnover to charitable causes.
- We are proudly employee-owned, with all profits either reinvested in the business or paid as a dividend to our employees.
- Family-friendly and flexible working is available to all employees by default as a Day 1 right, including generous carer and parental leave.
- We introduced the 4-day working week in 2022 to improve employee health and wellbeing.
